A 15-minute polling Make.com scenario that turns a single Google Sheets row into an MMS broadcast to every active subscriber — the revenue engine behind an SMS deal club.

Overview
The operator adds a new deal to a Google Sheet and flips a single Active flag — this scenario does everything else. Every 15 minutes it checks the Deals Log for a new, non-sold-out, not-yet-broadcasted deal, fans out an MMS with the product image to every active subscriber, and marks the deal as broadcasted so it never sends twice. It also sanitizes image URLs to work around BigCommerce's Cloudflare Polish WebP conversion, which would otherwise silently break Twilio MMS delivery.

- 15-minute scheduled polling with clean idle-state behavior and zero false positives
- Multi-condition filtering on Active, Broadcasted, and Sold Out flags for precise deal targeting
- Fan-out MMS broadcast with product image to every active subscriber in one execution
- URL sanitization layer working around a Cloudflare WebP conversion issue that broke MMS delivery
